Ribbon Cutting for New Wilber South

Thursday Oct 18, 2018

Wilber officially opened their brand new location with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, October 5th, 2018. The newly remodeled building is an additional campus for this rapidly growing company. Wilber now serves faithfully in 2 locations: The new “Wilber South” on Morrissey Drive, in Bloomington and the previously existing “Wilber North” in Normal. This second location boasts a generous amount of parking spaces, several high tech conference rooms, a large “all staff” meeting area, a cafe style break room and several bays to accommodate future new hires.

Owners Ken & Wendy Wilber joined CEO, Michael Cale in the cutting of the ribbon. The Chamber of Commerce along with a large gathering of proud Wilber employees were there in support of this milestone occasion.

Before the ribbon cutting, CEO, Michael Cale addressed the group.
“I remember that day, many years ago, we opened up at North. We were pretty small. We didn’t know if we were going to fill it, and BOOM!  Before you knew it, we were at capacity. We are moving forward and I’m excited for this day. I’m excited for each and every one of our professional team. I’m cherishing this moment. I certainly am.”

Along with the new building, Wilber revealed it’s new logo, launching a fresh new look for the company.  It’s a marketing decision that’s smart and intentional as Wilber has evolved over the past 2 decades, providing a variety of subrogation services nationwide.

Employees experienced the unveiling of the new logo with a celebration of exploding confetti cannons in the new gathering room. Everyone walked away with a free t-shirt, a piece of cake and an new sense of pride in their workplace.

Although there is a lot of excitement and growth in the company, Wilber is committed to maintaining the consistency and reputation they have earned with their clients and community over the years.
