Wilber’s Wild West Cake Day

On April 5th, Wilber celebrated the first quarter of 2017 with a Wild West Cake Day!  Our office closed at 3 pm on Wednesday afternoon. The employees were invited to an off-site venue for food, fun, and some company-wide announcements.  Cowboy hats, boots, and plaid shirts were present in abundance as the celebration was kicked-off with an introductory video of our CEO, Michael Cale and one of our attorneys, Patrick Light (you can watch the video below). Wild West Games organized by our marketing team came next, followed by a few company announcements.

The highlight of the event was President Ken Wilber recognizing 4 employees for reaching major milestones in their careers at Wilber.  Dave Webber, the restitution supervisor, celebrated 5 years at Wilber along with Keri Rush, a member of our legal department and Jake Bennett, in our IT department.  LaRonda Reynolds, flew in from our Atlanta location to celebrate her 10-year anniversary with Wilber!  It was an exciting day for all Wilber employees as we gathered to reflect on the past quarter and prepare for the months to come.
